In the app
- Open Lookt and go to Settings.
- Tap Account.
- Tap Delete account, and confirm.
Your account is deleted right away.
On the web
Web account deletion is opening soon. For now, delete your account from inside the app: Settings → Account → Delete account.
What gets deleted
Deleting your account permanently removes:
- Your Pantry items and their recall-match history
- Your device and push-notification records
- Your notification preferences and saved state
- Your account and sign-in record, including revoking Lookt’s access if you signed in with Apple
This cannot be undone, and we cannot recover a deleted account.
